We treat the following as reportable errors:

• a calculator producing a mathematically incorrect result for given inputs;
• an outdated rate, rule, or slab (for example, an old income tax bracket);
• a factual mistake in supporting explanatory text;
• a broken calculator (not loading, not calculating, or displaying an obvious bug).

Disagreements about assumptions clearly disclosed on a calculator page (for example, a chosen compounding frequency) are not treated as “errors” but are still welcome as feedback — see our Methodology page for how assumptions are documented.

Use our Contact page and include:

• the calculator name;
• the exact inputs used;
• the result shown;
• the result you expected, and why.

Every report is personally reviewed by Mohammad Faisal Khan. We attempt to reproduce the issue using the inputs provided, cross-check the formula or rule involved against our documented methodology, and confirm whether an actual error exists.

When a genuine error is confirmed:

• the calculator or content is corrected as soon as practical;
• the “Last updated” date on the affected page is refreshed;
• for significant corrections (e.g., a formula error affecting many users), we may note the change directly on the calculator page.

We do not hide or quietly bury confirmed errors — transparency is part of our Editorial Policy.

We aim to acknowledge correction reports within 3–5 business days. Complex issues (requiring formula verification or research) may take longer to fully resolve, but we will confirm receipt of your report within this window.
